I've used Visioneer scanners for over 10 years. They are work horses in a small package. So far I am happy with my new scanner, which I had to buy as my original Visioneer Strobe (bought in 2001 and still works!!!) didn't have drivers for Windows 7. If I could update it, I would still be using it. Very reliable.

I needed something small and light weight to take from Illinois to Oslo, Norway and be carried in a suit case and backpack w/ a laptop. And copy lots a photo's and documents it worked great color and black and white and it works great with my paperport program.
