Fijitsu 6140Z

Easy setup and software installation. The provided software is easy to use and we have replaced our existing software with this more adaptive program. Put the paper in the chute, press the button, and both sides of various sized paper are scanned, moving quickly through the scanner. Our productivity has increased multi-fold scanning court documents such as exhibits and illustrative papers. We paid more for this scanner than any we have purchased in the past. So far, it appears that it is well worth it.

Fujitsu fi-6130 & fi-6140 Scanners

Both fi-6130 & fi-6140 are great little scanners. These are small footprint high-end scanners with lots of might from a small package. Great for small/mid sized businesses and maybe even larger applications. These are professional-level scanners meant for business use, so if you want a good scanner for your SOHO, then this might be a good choice or maybe it is out of your price range. ...You do get what you pay for... I am an IT professional and have worked with both the fi-6130 & fi-6140 and these are great machines. For advanced home users that are technically savvy, this may be a good choice. For the typical home user, you may not want to bother with this unit and the cost of it.

Great scanner

We have used Fujitsu scanners since 2005. We are switching from flatbed sheet feeders to this model for more desktop real estate. Haven't been disappointed yet.
